Chair Yoga is a Modified Program designed to help mobilize and stabilize muscle and joint structures safely and effectively.

Chair Mobility & Stability is a light workout using light hand weight and resistance bands & a chair for balance.  This Program will help improve Postural imbalances and help improve overall function and movement!
